Signature cocktails & DJ nights στο Anais: Εκεί που οι γεύσεις μιξάρουν με μεθυστικά ακούσματα. Ξαναπήγαμε η παρέα… (Also in English)

Στο Anaïs του City of Dreams Mediterranean επιστρέψαμε αυτή τη φορά με έναν και μόνο στόχο: να απολαύσουμε τα signature του κοκτέιλς και… φυσικά τη μουσική του. Εξαίρετη και η κουζίνα του φυσικά, την οποία είχαμε απολαύσει κατά την προηγούμενη μας επίσκεψη, και σου την συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Στα decks οι DJs Mira Mi και Nikolas S, οι οποίοι κατάφεραν να δώσουν τον παλμό της βραδιάς με έναν τρόπο που δύσκολα συναντάς. Mainstream επιλογές μπλέκονταν έξυπνα με πιο ιδιαίτερα ακούσματα, δημιουργώντας ένα flow που κρατούσε την ενέργεια ψηλά μέχρι τις πρώτες πρωινές ώρες.

Στα χέρια μας μια προσεγμένη λίστα ποτών που ξεκινούσε από εκλεκτές επιλογές ουίσκι — από ιαπωνικά μέχρι Scotch blends και single malts — και συνέχιζε με προτάσεις για τους λάτρεις του μπράντι, του κονιάκ και των λικέρ. Η οινοκάρτα δεν θα μπορούσε να περάσει απαρατήρητη, με επιλογές από τον Παλαιό και τον Νέο κόσμο που μπορούν να καλύψουν ακόμη και τον πιο απαιτητικό οινόφιλο. Εμείς, ωστόσο, είχαμε ήδη αποφασίσει: κοκτέιλ και κοκτέιλ.

Αυτά που ξεχωρίσαμε…

Pasiflore Éclat
Aperol, clarified passion fruit, φρέσκος χυμός λεμονιού, prosecco & passion fruit foam.

Ένα ζωηρό και αρωματικό κοκτέιλ, με έντονο τροπικό χαρακτήρα. Το passion fruit πρωταγωνιστεί, ενώ το prosecco δίνει μια ανάλαφρη, κομψή ανθρακική αίσθηση. Στο στόμα αφήνει φρεσκάδα και μια ευχάριστη, ελαφρώς πικρή επίγευση από το Aperol.

Lumière de Nuit
Belvedere vodka, Luxardo limoncello liqueur, φρέσκος χυμός λεμονιού, homemade mango & pineapple cordial, vanilla foam.

Πιο σύνθετο και “γεμάτο”, με το limoncello να φέρνει ένταση και το mango–pineapple cordial να ισορροπεί με γλυκές, εξωτικές νότες. Η βανίλια στο τελείωμα μαλακώνει το σύνολο, αφήνοντας μια κρεμώδη, σχεδόν επιδόρπια επίγευση.

Mint to Be (Mocktail)
Tanqueray 0.0%, kiwi, orange, fresh mint, topped with Sprite

Δροσερό, ανάλαφρο και άκρως καλοκαιρινό. Το kiwi δίνει μια ευχάριστη οξύτητα, το πορτοκάλι γλυκαίνει διακριτικά, ενώ η μέντα φρεσκάρει το σύνολο. Πίνεται πολύ εύκολα και αφήνει καθαρή, δροσιστική επίγευση.

La Belle Bleue (Mocktail)
Tanqueray 0.0%, elderflower syrup, blueberry, fresh lemon juice, topped with soda.

Κομψό και αρωματικό, με ανθικές νότες από το elderflower και φρουτώδη ένταση από το blueberry. Η σόδα το κρατά ελαφρύ, ενώ η επίγευση είναι δροσερή και ισορροπημένη, χωρίς να βαραίνει.

Εν κατακλείδι, η βραδιά στο Anaïs ήταν, χωρίς υπερβολή, από αυτές που δεν θέλεις να τελειώσουν. Το service από την πραγματικά μεγάλη πλειάδα προσωπικού κινείται σε εξαιρετικά επίπεδα — διακριτικό, επαγγελματικό και πάντα με χαμόγελο — ενώ η ατμόσφαιρα συνδυάζει κομψότητα και ζωντάνια με έναν τρόπο που σε κάνει να νιώθεις ότι βρίσκεσαι ακριβώς εκεί που πρέπει. Ένα μέρος που ξέρει να προσφέρει εμπειρία, όχι απλώς μια έξοδο.

Signature cocktails & DJ nights at Anais: Where great drinks meet the perfect beat. We went back ……

This time, we returned to Anaïs at City of Dreams Mediterranean with one clear goal: to enjoy its signature cocktails and, of course, the music. The cuisine is also outstanding—something we experienced on our previous visit and highly recommend.

On the decks were DJs Mira Mi and Nikolas S, who truly set the tone for the night in a way that’s hard to come by. Mainstream tracks blended seamlessly with more eclectic sounds, creating a smooth flow that kept the energy high well into the early hours.

In our hands was a carefully curated drinks list, starting with premium whisky selections—from Japanese labels to Scotch blends and single malts—and continuing with options for brandy, cognac, and liqueur lovers. The wine list also stood out, featuring selections from both the Old and New World that can satisfy even the most discerning wine enthusiast. As for us, though, the decision had already been made: cocktails it was.

What stood out…

Pasiflore Éclat

A vibrant and aromatic cocktail with a strong tropical character. Passion fruit takes center stage, while the prosecco adds a light, elegant sparkle. On the palate, it delivers freshness with a հաճpleasant, slightly bitter finish from the Aperol.

More complex and “full-bodied,” with the limoncello adding intensity and the mango–pineapple cordial balancing it out with sweet, exotic notes. The vanilla on the finish softens the overall profile, leaving a creamy, almost dessert-like aftertaste.

Mint to Be (Mocktail)
Tanqueray 0.0%, kiwi, orange, fresh mint, topped with Sprite

Refreshing, light, and unmistakably summery. The kiwi brings a pleasant acidity, the orange adds a subtle sweetness, while the mint lifts and freshens the whole drink. It’s incredibly easy to enjoy, leaving a clean, crisp finish.

Elegant and aromatic, with floral notes from the elderflower and fruity intensity from the blueberry. The soda keeps it light, while the finish remains refreshing and well-balanced without feeling heavy.

All in all, the evening at Anaïs was, without exaggeration, one of those nights you wish wouldn’t end. The service, delivered by a truly large and well-coordinated team, operates at an excellent level—discreet, professional, and always with a smile—while the atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between elegance and vibrancy, making you feel exactly where you’re meant to be. A place that knows how to offer an experience, not just a night out.
